• Intern, Industrial Engineer-Program Management Summer 2025

• Location: Casa Grande, Arizona

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our STAMPING ENGINEERING-DIES and work with Die Engineers and Launch Manager, setting standards and work processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong Communication Skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively to ensure our systems are functioning efficiently. 

Role/Responsibilities:

• Develop and write testing scripts and test cases to ensure proper system functionality

• Document the system integration process, including detailed steps and procedures

• Assist with troubleshooting system issues and identifying solutions

• Communicate regularly with senior engineers and other team members to provide progress updates and receive feedback

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to team projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Field(s) of study: Add one-two majors, or a related field

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD Degree program at an accredited university. 

• Proof of enrollment in current or into next program (MS, PhD)

• Experience developing and writing testing scripts and test cases

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Other:

• Location: This position is in Casa Grande, Arizona. You must be prepared to start onsite for your first day of employment.

• Availability: Full-time is preferred

• Anticipated Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

• Work Environment: High Bay, Office, Lab

• Compensation: Student compensation is based on location and current degree level, non-negotiable.

• Visa Sponsorship: Lucid may but is not obligated to sponsor foreign national employees requiring company sponsorship for U.S employment authorization.
