The Lubrication Team Leader leads a team of technicians to ensure effective and efficient lubrication practices. This role involves developing and implementing lubrication programs and procedures, overseeing the planning and scheduling of lubrication activities, and ensuring compatibility of lubricants with machinery, process fluids, and the work environment. The Lubrication Team Leader maintains an inventory of lubricants and related supplies, tracks and monitors lubricant consumption, and identifies opportunities for improvement. Additionally, this role coordinates with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of lubricants and lubrication equipment, utilizes lubrication management software (e.g., SAP) to manage activities, ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations, conducts training, and provides guidance to lubrication technicians. The Lubrication Team Leader also performs lubrication tasks and inspections as needed and collaborates with maintenance and operations teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lubrication maintenance
- Supervisory experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of lubrication principles and best practices
- Familiarity with lubrication management software (e.g. SAP)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
