LSA Account manager with French

Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for a group of highly-skilled professionals to join our company

Your responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to active clients and help them set up their LSA accounts
  • Provide ongoing support, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise with accounts
  • Optimize profiles based on last guidelines
  • Change management: communicate changes in the product to achieve an high adoption among the portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing a related field or practical experience
  • Strong understanding of  Local Services Ads
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • At least 2 of the last 3 quarters on target
  • Minimum tenure of 9 months in your current role
  • Full professional proficiency or native level of French, and fluency in English
