This role involves:
Warehouse: Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all warehouse operations related to the receipt, handling, storage, and delivery of packed and bulk lubricants, additives, LPG fittings, seals, and own use items. This includes performing reconciliations of cylinders, lubricants, and fittings on SAP, monitoring the movement of LPG cylinders between lorries and containers, and managing stock and non-stock items. Additionally, the role involves following up on additive stock and liaising with stock for the purchase orders when required.
LPG: Responsible for processing daily cylinder production on SAP, supporting the Filling Plant Supervisor and Manager in plant operations, and assisting PQEL in quality processes, including ERP requirements for LPG cylinders and packed lubricants. This role also involves managing LPG transfer operations and raising purchase orders for both Warehouse and LPG Filling Plant items.
