This role involves:

Warehouse: Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all warehouse operations related to the receipt, handling, storage, and delivery of packed and bulk lubricants, additives, LPG fittings, seals, and own use items. This includes performing reconciliations of cylinders, lubricants, and fittings on SAP, monitoring the movement of LPG cylinders between lorries and containers, and managing stock and non-stock items. Additionally, the role involves following up on additive stock and liaising with stock for the purchase orders when required.

LPG: Responsible for processing daily cylinder production on SAP, supporting the Filling Plant Supervisor and Manager in plant operations, and assisting PQEL in quality processes, including ERP requirements for LPG cylinders and packed lubricants. This role also involves managing LPG transfer operations and raising purchase orders for both Warehouse and LPG Filling Plant items.

Position Accountabilities

• Meet HSSEQ and S&D KPI.
• To ensure minimum delivery time for all warehouse customers and VE distributors.
• To supervise deliveries of packed lubricants, packed LPG and fittings to warehouse customers.
• To ensure monitoring of smooth receipt of lubricants from containers including quality controls.
• To perform daily count and reconciliation of LPG packs delivered.
• To perform daily check and reconciliation of LPG bulk.
• To ensure a good monitoring of own use items including seals for gas cylinders, gasoil for company vehicles and fuel additives and other own use items.
• To perform and participate in monthly stock count for lubes, fittings, additives and cylinders.
• Upload monthly stock counts on SAP.
• To ensure good monitoring of custom bill for export & import.
• To ensure good monitoring of packed LPG cylinders to Rodrigues.
• Adhere to Warehouse processes in place including housekeeping and maintenance.
• To process daily cylinders’ production on SAP.
• To perform cylinders, lubes and fittings count and to process same on SAP.
• To perform quality control on cylinders and lubes and to process related data on SAP.
• To Raise PO for LPG and Warehouse items.
• To assist FP Supervisor in the Filling Plant activities.
• Adhere to Warehouse and Filling plant processes in place including housekeeping and maintenance.
• To assist PQEL in quality processes including ERP requirements for LPG cylinders and packed lubes.
• To provide support to the LPG FP Manager and Warehouse Lead.

Key Challenges

• Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends and holidays.
• To upskill competency via MTO and PTW accreditation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder.
• Possess good mathematical skills.
• Oral and written communication skills in English and French.
• Computer literate.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Product knowledge in lubricants, LPG and LPG fittings would be an advantage.
• HSSE knowledge would be an advantage.
• Petroleum Industry experience would be an advantage.
• Experience in Warehouse or petroleum depot operations would be an advantage.
