Job Description:
- Develop and implement leadership development, organizational development;
- Conducts new hire orientations and onboarding programs both for Turkey and abroad offices. New hire training follow ups;
- Promote all training sessions and events while collaborating with operations department;
- Responsible for organizational excellence of training programs and processes for their overall effectiveness;
- Event management of employee engagement activities through a range of projects including internal events.
Skills & Requirements:
- Students in related field;
- Able to work minimum 3 full days/week;
- Passionate about Human Resources and working with people;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills;
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment;
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own.
