The Logistics Technician will support flight test activities for an Aerospace Test and Evaluation contract by managing logistics operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes. This role involves serving as the primary liaison for logistics needs, ensuring efficient handling of materials and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain inventory levels for flight test activities, including receiving and storing incoming goods.
· Develop, evaluate, and monitor logistics plans and programs related to war readiness and deployment.
· Assist with supply procurement and solve customer issues regarding logistics support.
· Brief senior leadership on key performance indicators and supply chain metrics.
· Collaborate with internal and external customers to meet logistical requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Requirements
Required Experience:
· 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in aerospace or defense.
· Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics planning processes.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Active Secret Clearance
