The purpose of this position is to provide support toPortfolio Manager, organizing and managing files and projects, scheduling meetings and appointments, and provide support to commercial departments.
Also responsible for project analysis, technical write-up of all projects’ information maintaining full reporting as per requirements.
Job Duties:
- Write reports requested by Manager for each project status, progress check, budget…etc.
- Follow up on transportation arrangement (both international and inside Iraq).
- Update of Logistics/inventory data Coordination with service suppliers.
- Coordination with other sections in (procurement, project Management departments and warehouse).
- The Logistics Specialist (LS) will check supply, receiving, and storing activities.
- Coordinate storage and maintenance activities.
- Warehouse transporter activities.
- Logistic control on Odoo System.
- Sub Warehouses activity Control.
- Creating and Developing Logistics process.
- Line feeding parts from warehouse to production line.
- Professional and confident approach to working relationships multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Active team player Communication Skills.
Requirements
Education:
BSc in Business Administration or relevant
Years of Experience
Minimum 3 Years in Logistics or relevant field
Knowledge
- Proven, checkable experience to undertake the role.
- Good knowledge of both Inbound and outbound logistic best practices.
- Communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Leadership qualities.
- Full, clean driving license is essential.
- Forklift certificate a benefit.
- Careful and thorough attitude with a good work ethic.
