Under the hood, we build systems to manage sourcing of cars, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping and many more. Role Summary:

 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to oversee and coordinate logistics activities, support inventory and sales teams, and manage collaborations with car showrooms and car accessories companies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Logistics Coordination:
    • Work closely with the logistics team to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
    • Manage shipping schedules and track the movement of goods to avoid delays.
  2. Inventory and Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure adequate supply.
    • Provide support to the sales team to meet customer demands and improve service delivery.
  3. Collaboration with Partners:
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with car showrooms and car accessories companies.
    • Ensure smooth communication and coordination with external partners to fulfill mutual business goals.
  4. Finance Coordination:
    • Work with the finance team to manage logistics-related expenses and ensure compliance with budgets.
    • Assist in preparing and reconciling financial documents related to logistics operations.
  5. Teamwork and Communication:
    • Foster strong collaboration with internal teams, including sales and inventory, to optimize workflows.
    • Act as a point of contact to resolve issues and improve inter-departmental communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
