This position is responsible for managing and optimizing logistics and supply chain activities while managing logistics data. You will be in charge of improving processes using business design knowledge, streamlining supply chain activities, and solving complex logistics challenges.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Accurately input and maintain logistics data and ensure legal compliance with contracts.
  • Apply knowledge of business design to improve logistics processes.
  • Utilize logistics knowledge to streamline and optimize supply chain activities.
  • Integrate logical problem-solving into business processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Tackle and resolve complex logistics challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Diligently follow up on tasks with the coordinator and issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver all tasks within deadlines to maintain operational flow while supporting the sales department.
  • Streamline new accounts and implement SOP’s for the sales department.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.
  • Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple logistics activities simultaneously.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and support business objectives.
  • Comprehend the end-to-end business flow to better manage logistics functions.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage client interactions and logistics processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business management related experience or logistics and transportation industry-related experience required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the logistics or related field, with a focus on process improvement and innovation in logistics transportation operations. Proven experience in process improvement, innovation, or a similar role processes in the home appliance, technology, and electronics device Top Global Companies preferred
  • Strong understanding of business and logistics principles.
  • Exceptionally skilled in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CRM, ERP and Warehouse Management System and Transportation Management System Knowledge is a plus
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and expertise for bid optimization, carrier negotiation, and contract reviews is a plus
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, warehouse management, and transportation best practices.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple complex assignments and projects and successfully driving them to completion within highly aggressive timelines
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Your base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows you to progress as you grow and develop within the position. Your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location.
