Logistics Expert (Manager 4, Program Management)

This role is to work in the logistics excellence center for process optimization and digital transformation, which focus on the process and system improvement to archive service effectiveness and deliver competitive capability. The individual also plays a critical role communicate with different sites logistics teams to understand the business requirements, propose functional solution and coordinate with management, technical teams to complete the transformation. The successful candidate need have an excellent logistics knowledge on processes:  sales order from pick/pack to shipping, transportation,  trade compliance and customs declaration. It needs to propose the solution as the expert and update the project status with presentation on strategy, solution, profit, deliverables to related stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with logistics different sites, to understand the business requirements and propose solution. The logistics process includes logistics fulfillment (pick/pack/shipping), trading compliance, customs declaration, and transportation.
• Coordinate between process owner, logistics excellence and management to initiate project, update the status and implement the solution for the transformation.
• Logistics optimization and digital projects management and communicate with leadership.

• 10+ years’ experience in SCM or logistics,  at least 3 function areas of logistics process: fulfillment, trade compliance, customs declaration, and transportation.
• English: Proficient in English oral communication. Be independent work and communicate with stakeholders in US, Malaysia and Indian to complete the tasks.
• MNC background and well-known global company process. Global logistics center and factory logistics experience is preferred.
• ERP knowledge and experience:  understanding from business process to system operation mapping and have experience in ERP operation. SAP is preferred.
• APICS Training and Certification (CPIM, CSCP) is desirable.
• Have strong PPT Skills.
