Position Overview: Logistics Executive:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Logistics Executive who will be taking care of daily tracking of shipments with warehouse and Transporters. The person will be responsible for maintaining POD.
What you’ll do as the Logistics Executive:

Daily Tracking of Shipments in coordination with
Warehouse & Transporter
Downloading Daily Shipment Report
Ensuring Availability of AWB
Ensuring Delivery within TAT
Sharing MIS
Maintaining POD
Ensuring all E-PODs from Respective Service Providers, Indexing, and Storage
Processing Insurance Claims
Timely Processing of Insurance Claim
Addressing Internal and External Customer
Escalation w.r.t Delivery
Managing Critical Deliveries
Escalation to 3PL
Order to Invoice coordination for Logistics
Services Rendered to Customer
Coordination with Sales & OMT
Supporting Warehouse
On E-Way Bill
On Invoicing and Stock -Out
Performing Inventory Count on Regular Intervals
MIS
Daily Transaction Dashboard
Ensuring MIS as when Required
