Teleperformance Spain is looking for a Logistics & Customer Feedback Analyst,
Tasks:
- Analyze and keep track of buyer feedback
- Summarize and provide highlights of feedback
- Test and check reverse orders to improve process of return or refund
- Competition Benchmask as buyer experience
- Change of status for orders coming from other Logistics department.
Requirements
- English B2 (spoken and written)
- Presence in Madrid
- Knowledge of excel (level of pivot tables, analysis, formulas type: search V)
- Proactivity, willingness to learn, assimilate new concepts (many continuous and last minute changes or small tasks).
- Previous knowledge of logistics or customer voice in marketplace or ecommerce is appreciated.
