Logistics & Customer Feedback Analyst

Teleperformance Spain is looking for a Logistics & Customer Feedback Analyst,

Tasks:

  • Analyze and keep track of buyer feedback
  • Summarize and provide highlights of feedback
  • Test and check reverse orders to improve process of return or refund
  • Competition Benchmask as buyer experience
  • Change of status for orders coming from other Logistics department.

Requirements

  • English B2 (spoken and written)
  • Presence in Madrid
  • Knowledge of excel (level of pivot tables, analysis, formulas type: search V)
  • Proactivity, willingness to learn, assimilate new concepts (many continuous and last minute changes or small tasks).
  • Previous knowledge of logistics or customer voice in marketplace or ecommerce is appreciated.
