This role involves communication with account agents and customers to secure profitable deals, streamlining inbound and outbound freight operations, and generating necessary shipping documentation. The Logistics Coordinator also monitors inventory, provides quotations, invoices customers, and develops performance metrics to enhance supply chain operations and customer satisfaction.
