We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
As a Logistic Coordinator, you will oversee and manage our supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will act as the key liaison between various stakeholders, including sales, customer service, S&OP, procurement, and production locations. Responsibilities at a glance:
Customer Satisfaction: Deliver the highest level of service to our customers by adhering to internal agreements and processes.
Logistics Management:
- Coordinate all outbound and inbound logistics operations.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders regarding logistics matters.
- Ensure timely delivery and negotiate transport prices.
- Act as the first point of contact for logistic service providers and related customers.
- Provide real-time transport updates and tracking information.
- Resolve complaints and issues related to logistics promptly.
- Manage administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with management to ensure mid- and long-term logistics planning aligns with quality standards.
- Participate in pricing and contract negotiations with logistics service providers.
- Develop and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proactively identify opportunities for new tools and software to enhance logistics operations.
- Initiate planning for peak season transports ahead of time to alleviate workload pressures.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and real-time data across all systems to ensure stakeholders have necessary supply chain information.
- Regularly update pricing calculations for sales.
- Propose and help develop tools for optimizing supply chain tasks.
Project Involvement: Participate in supply chain management projects as needed.
