- Perform order capture.
- Active and effective communication with all customers, internal and external (by phone and email).
- Coordinate and generate routes for express delivery. Follow up of delivery performance.
- Analysis and follow-up of reports.
- Follow up on current projects and / or development and implementation of new ones in the area.
- Coordination and control of CDMX inventory (system x physically at our strategic partner) and invoicing according to Continental procedures.
- Track of appliance of return policy rules, quality alerts and DOT management in order to determine if material needs to go back to Continental.
- Certification Product Process.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering or Logistics
- Intermediate English
- Experience:
- Professional in logistics, distribution, warehouse (desirable)
- In Process Mapping
- Knowledge:
- Inventory management
- SAP Applications (SD Modules desirable)
- Data Analytics (Excel, Power BI)
- Supply Chain management (desirable)
- Customer Journey Design
- KPI Management (Distribution Time, Inventory level) (desirable)
