We are seeking a LogicX Support Lead to spearhead the support of Logic rule creation and delivery. This individual will play a pivotal role in meeting the growing demand for logic-based business solutions, ensuring seamless project delivery and support for rules that require deep understanding and expertise.
The ideal candidate will work closely with both clients and internal teams to address the complexity of logic rules, coordinating project delivery and providing advanced support. This role requires a balance of leadership, technical support, and client-facing skills to ensure logic creation meets business requirements and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead LogicX Rule Creation Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Logic rule creation, overseeing both the development and support processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Clients & Teams: Work directly with clients to gather requirements and ensure a deep understanding of the logic rule’s intent. Engage in regular meetings with internal teams (delivery, support, and engineering) to streamline processes.
- Support Incident Management: Provide second-line support for logic-based incidents, resolving escalations swiftly
- Project Delivery Oversight: Collaborate with the delivery team to take ownership of logic rule creation, ensuring that rules are developed, tested, and deployed on time.
- Workload Coordination: Oversee and manage workload distribution between the service desk (first line) and the support team (second line), while ensuring rules are supported by the team that created them.
- Scalability & Budget Planning: Work with leadership to identify and structure the required headcount and resources for scalable growth in logic rule creation and support for 2025 and beyond.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, or project delivery roles, with an emphasis on logic-based business rules.
- Proven experience managing complex client engagements and technical escalations.
- Strong understanding of logic rule creation processes and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team and coordinate across departments.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
