Are you passionate about supporting local managers and employees and promoting a positive workplace culture? We are currently seeking a Local HR Business Partner to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the governance of all HR-related topics in partnership with the Regional HRBP
  • Support local Managers and employees in HR-related matters
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all HR processes
  • Contribute to the development of HR global policies, processes, and procedures
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws
  • Manage compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and practices to management and employees
  • Oversee the maintenance of employee records and HR databases
  • Foster a culture of dialogue, feedback, and collaboration
  • Promote a healthy, safe, and pleasant workplace
  • Lead office management processes and tasks
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner
  • Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture
  • Support organizational change initiatives and communicate changes effectively to employees
  • Provide support during restructurings, mergers, and other organizational changes
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering or related role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent in English
