Live Ops Associate Producer (World of Warships Blitz)

Job Overview

We are seeking an Associate Producer to support our publishing team on World of Warships Blitz in Berlin. The ideal candidate will work closely with LiveOps, Art, and Product departments to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. You will also support feature development and maintain effective communication and organization within the team.

Live Ops Producer

What will you do?

• Day-to-Day Operations:
  • Coordinate daily activities on the publishing side.
  • Create and maintain schedules, roadmaps, backlogs.
  • Ensures ongoing community support and technical support.
• Project Management:
  • Build roadmap together with the product owner.
  • Ensure deadlines and high-quality standards for live events and sales.
  • Supervise product/project localization process.
  • Own art production deadlines and coordinate with remote teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Product Management:
  • Drives aspects of the live experience to build and retain audiences.
  • Defines new in-game content and implements features in real-time after the online release of the product to increase audience engagement and product revenue.
  • As a product ambassador, shares product/project goals and requirements for all publishing functions.
• Issue Resolution:
  • Identify, raise, and resolve production roadblocks and timeline issues ahead of time.

What are we looking for?

• Experience:
  • 3-4 years of experience managing projects in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Skills:
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and external teams on design and implementation of features.

This role is Hybrid in Berlin, requires 3 days in-office per week.
