The International Water Management Institute (IWMI), a CGIAR Research Center, is on the lookout for a talented individual to join our headquarters in Battaramulla, Sri Lanka, as a Live Event Production Technician.
The Live Event Production Technician will oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of advanced audio-visual systems in IWMI's state-of-the-art conference facility & meeting rooms. The role includes supporting a diverse range of events, including hybrid meetings, multilingual conferences, and high-stakes presentations, ensuring the highest quality of audio and visual experience for all participants.

This is a nationally recruited position and only Sri Lankan nationals will be considered. IWMI offers a competitive salary and benefits package, inclusive of health insurance, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and long-term disability coverage. The duration of the contract will initially be for a period of three years with the possibility of extension.
