Responsible of all the recruitment process of our new consultants, your missions are :
- Find best candidates on jobboards, social networks (LinkedIn for example…),
- Select candidates and conduct physicals or visuals interviews,
- Manage candidates during all the recruitment process (evaluations, technical test, salary negotiations, employment contratcs),
- Animate consultants coaching,
- Follow HR integration of your new consultants.
- Master's degree in University or Business School
- 2 years experience as a recruiter in the same industry
- Speak English and Portuguese is mandatory (bonus : you also speak French ?)
