Top Hat is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to create and launch educator and student marketing programs to nurture, acquire and retain existing and prospective customers.
In this role, you will
- Work with marketing team members to develop and implement programs for email, in-app, and other digital marketing channels for all of our product lines.
- Develop and execute email nurture programs to ensure leads and customers are moving through the funnel efficiently.
- Help execute existing email marketing programs by writing, building, and designing emails as necessary.
- Run channel A/B tests to optimize program performance and report on results.
- Help maintain database hygiene and support the team’s requests for various segmentation tasks.
- Measure, analyze, and report on program performance and share actionable insights to drive ongoing improvements.
- Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive greater segmentation and email execution efficiency for the entire marketing team.
- Work cross-functionally with our Marketing Operations, Brand and Creative, and Product Marketing teams.
You have:
- 1+ years of marketing experience, SaaS is a plus!
- You have hands-on experience in a marketing automation platform: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Eloqua or Pardot.
- Strong fundamentals in email and in-app marketing, with an eye for optimized program performance and design.
- An understanding of front-end development languages, mainly HTML & CSS.
- The discipline to follow a QA process to ensure successful campaign & program launches.
- The ability to put the customer experience at the forefront of everything by minimizing friction and creating an exceptional experience.
- The drive to get the most out of technology and leverage platforms (like Salesforce) to its fullest potential.
