About the Role
As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at Hostinger, you will play a key role in driving user engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role, where you will develop and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns, focusing on customer journeys, segmentation, and personalized messaging.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our lifecycle marketing strategy is data-driven and that all campaigns are executed efficiently. You will be directly responsible for campaign delivery, from ideation to execution, testing, and reporting.

What You Will Do:

Manage multi-channel communications: Oversee and optimize emails, SMS/WhatsApp, and in-product notifications to ensure timely and relevant updates.

Lifecycle campaign development: Design, implement, and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive user activation, engagement, and retention.

Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product, revenue, and marketing teams to align communication strategies with business goals.

Data-driven optimization: Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and refine strategies based on data insights.

Customer journey mapping: Develop and optimize customer journeys, ensuring seamless transitions from activation to renewal.

Engagement initiatives: Create and execute initiatives to boost user engagement, inform about new features, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Retention strategies: Implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value through personalized communication and targeted campaigns.

Feedback loop management: Gather user feedback to continuously improve communication strategies and product offerings.
What We Expect:
- 2+ years in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, client retention, or related fields
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, HubSpot and similar
- High sense of ownership and accountability, capable of driving projects from concept to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and provide clear feedback
- A data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analyzing campaign results
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
