lifecycle Marketing Manager

At Salla, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty throughout their lifecycle journey with our platform.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies, managing customer segmentation and targeting, and optimizing customer touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive long-term customer value.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a portion of customary journey and lifecycle ( Activation, engagement, retention, and winbacks). You need to understand touch points and know how to pull the right levers to influence customers' behaviors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve retention and minimize churn.
  • Create and monitor complex customer journeys via automations and action-based triggers.
  • Start, test, optimize, and operationalize new experiments / programs and campaigns.
  • Provide timely data driven insights concerning Activation , segments, and campaigns performance.
  • Work with the data team to identify the technical implementation plan, data points, tools and automation flows required.
  • Help the product marketing team in launching new products and driving adoption of existing features / products.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to gather insights and execute customer marketing initiatives.

Requirements

    • +2 years of experience in lifecycle or customer marketing. 
    • +5 years of experience in marketing or product growth.
    • Proficient in marketing automation, email marketing, chat and chatbots, in-product messaging, whatsapp, and push.
    • Strategic: You love breaking “Your marathon” into small miles you can execute. You love to iterate till you attain the goal you have in mind. 
    • Customer Centric: You are comfortable speaking with the customers and engaging with customer facing teams to truly understand the customer.
    • Data driven: You possess strong analytical skills and have used extensively GA, Looker, mixpanel or other similar tools. 
    • Accountable: You own it & get things done to achieve significant measurable results.

    • Product led growth certified.
    • Experience with self-serve, product-led go-to-market motions
    • Proficiency with intercom or a similar tool.
