Who we are looking for?

As a Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) Manager at Clair, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing consumer-facing LCM strategies, reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with the Product team. Your responsibilities include ownership of push, SMS, email, and in-app messaging channels to craft personalized campaigns that boost consumer engagement. Leveraging data insights, your daily tasks involve refining customer journeys, enhancing retention, and identifying cross-sell opportunities, all aimed at enriching the consumer experience and strengthening brand loyalty.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate and execute data-driven lifecycle marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, to boost consumer engagement and encourage direct deposit adoption
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to optimize performance and maintain customer journey map
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager and Product team to facilitate day-to-day campaign execution and optimization, ensuring message consistency throughout the user journey and all communications
  • Generate and present weekly marketing reports, analyzing and summarizing campaign performance, offering valuable insights for ongoing enhancements
  • Actively contribute to a team culture emphasizing testing, optimization, and continuous improvement of the consumer experience through effective LCM strategies

Required Experience/ Qualifications 

  • 3-5 years of B2C lifecycle marketing experience
  • Proficiency with marketing systems like Braze, Pardot, Eloqua, Iterable, etc.
  • Experience editing HTML email templates
  • Ability to manage small campaigns independently and utilize analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Lightdash, etc.) for data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships

Additional Details

Location: This is a hybrid position based out of New York City, you will be expected to come into the office three days a week.

Compensation: The annual base salary for this role is $84,000 - $94,000. The actual base pay within this range depends on many factors, such as education, skills and experience. Base pay is only one part of Clair’s competitive total compensation package which includes benefits, perks and equity. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
