We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Licensing Specialist to join our team. The Licensing Specialist will play a vital part in supporting our business development and licensing efforts by coordinating agreements, managing business & merchandise processes and fostering relationships with external partners.

Responsibilities:
Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities, proposing potential collaborations and partnerships to drive overall business growth
- Conduct market research to support Business Development & Licensing departments needs.
- Coordinate the entire lifecycle of agreements, from kick off to signatures.
- Monitor and report on invoice and payment statuses for contractual obligations.
- Oversee merchandise submissions from licensees, coordinating reviews and approvals with Approval Leads and relevant teams.
- Distribute approved studio assets to external partners for use in merchandise programs.
- Review submissions to ensure compliance with copyright standards and brand guidelines.
- Utilize tools like Trello, Miro, and Jira to manage projects, provide updates, and track milestones.
- Communicate feedback from internal teams to external partners, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with other studio departments, such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, PR, Controlling and Development.
- Assist the Business Development team with day-to-day tasks.
- Respond promptly to business inquiries, primarily via the [email protected] email channel.
- At least 1 year of experience in a role involving licensing, business development or partnerships/relationships management.
- Proficient communication and coordination skills, with the ability to ensure smooth collaboration between internal and external teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Miro, or Jira.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and building positive relationships with partners.
- A keen eye for detail and adherence to copyright and brand guidelines.
- Fluency in Polish and English
