DESCRIPTION

Circle Medical provides primary care medicine to adult patients.  We are an evidence-based practice utilizing our evolving technology to ensure the highest level of quality primary care.

Providers are supported by a strong team of remote care coordinators and licensed medical staff who work to ensure patients get the care and follow-up they need.  We require a high degree of technical skill utilizing software and an open mind to fast-paced improvements driven by our technical team.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellent medical care and helping us scale to the next level. 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Phlebotomy
  • Specimen processing
  • Vaccine administration
  • Swab collection (nasal and throat)
  • Perform point-of-care tests
  • Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
  • Ear Lavages 
  • Assist with procedure set up and clean up
  • Appropriate patient interaction documentation
  • Support with Lab inventory
  • Equip lab and exam rooms with appropriate supplies 
  • Explain specimen collection requirements to patients
  • Maintain a clean and organized lab area throughout the day
  • Be willing to learn and be flexible in expanded scope job duties
  • Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
  • Provide compassionate care to individuals of all backgrounds
  • Remain up to date on clinic and company changes and updates

WHAT YOU WLL BRING

  • Skilled in Phlebotomy 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active New York State LPN License
  • At least one year of related experience is required

COMPENSATION

In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent pay based on merit-based output levels, and our total rewards include equity options.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $25/hour to $30/hour plus generous vacation, full health benefits, and 401K with company matching.

- PTO: 15 days paid time off begins accruing immediately after the completion of your first 90 days.
- A one-time front loaded PTO of 5 days is also available after your probationary period.
