Job requirements,


We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Legal Operations Intern to join our legal team. In this role, you'll support and coordinate legal operations across various functions, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. We're looking for someone with excellent communication and prioritization skills, who can stay on top of a busy workload and keep things running smoothly.


Main responsibilities,

  • Support daily operations related to the drafting, management and storage of contracts and other legal documents.
  • Support the CDA management, specifically the contact with external stakeholders like customers and auditees.
  • Support legal documents review, primarily focused on, but not limited to, CDAs.
  • Liaise with different teamsʼ demands regarding contract specifications
  • Liaise with multiple external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Manage the signatures of different types of legal documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of new company processes
  • Identify opportunities for improving internal processes and procedures


What we are looking for,

  • It’s essential to be eligible to hold a “convenio de prácticas” with your university.
  • Fluent in english.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Law related studies.
