Legal Intern

Madrid, Spain
Part-Time

Based out of Madrid, this on-site 6 months paid internship will lead you to work with Legal and other Engineering/cross-functional departments on software and copyright-related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the legal department with the completion of the software license agreements, vendor contracts, partner contracts, non-disclosure agreements and corporate compliance tasks for Nexthink SA and its subsidiaries, among others;
  • Complete various legal administrative tasks as assigned, electronic filing of contractual documentation, coordination of communications between the legal department and other departments at Nexthink;
  • Assist with the implementation of corporate processes, internal due diligences, etc.

  • Master Degree in Law (Contract, IP/IT, Corporate), in Switzerland, Spain, UK, France or Germany
  • Fluency in English. French, German and/or Spanish are a plus
  • Any previous experience of reading contracts and working with software licenses is a plus
  • Good Communication and writing skills
  • Proactive, eye for details, team spirited
  • Comfort with being asked to work on a variety of tasks day to day
  • Solid work ethic, sense of urgency
