About the role
As a Legal Intern in our Rio de Janeiro office, you will be part of a talented, skilled and highly ambitious team. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and service delivery of the Legal team, reporting to the LATAM Legal Team Leader. You will be responsible for performing legal and administrative tasks, mapping and automating processes based on the Group’s functional standards. You will also assist with our knowledge management initiatives and reporting processes. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Your main responsibilities
● Assist in the preparation, review and control of contracts of various natures
● Assist in providing legal services to the company's departments
● Assist in the preparation, review and control of Corporate documents and Internal Policies
● Assist in litigation and outside counsel management
● Support the development of research and guidelines to continually protect the Company's
reputation
● Support in adapting the Company's procedures in accordance with legislative and regulatory
changes
● Assist in completing monthly governance and compliance reports
