About the role:
The Bynder Legal Team is looking for a Legal Intern to join the team in Amsterdam. Throughout your internship, you would be assisting the Bynder Legal Team with legal and administrative matters relating to commercial contracts, compliance, IT and data protection law, procurement and general corporate. The work is varied, and you would be collaborating with various departments in Bynder; especially Sales, Customer Success and Information Security. You would be part of our unique Bynder Love culture where we encourage each other to share our different points of view in a safe and welcoming environment and we support one another as we grow together.

What you will do:

  • Running the signature process for customer and vendor agreements.
  • Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Reviewing simple commercial agreements for customers and suppliers in the form of amendment & purchase & renewal agreements.
  • Supporting the Bynder Legal Team on the ongoing legal and privacy projects.
  • Conducting legal research.
  • Updating templates and legal policies.
  • Providing administrative support to the Bynder Legal Team.
  • Assisting in day-to-day ad hoc legal requests.

 

 What you have:

  • You need to be available for a full-time internship for 6 months starting in October 2024.
  • You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Law at a Dutch University throughout your internship.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Dutch, French and/or German is a plus, but not required.
  • You are highly organized, you have an eye for detail, and you don't let things slip through the cracks.
  • You’re motivated, proactive and independent.
  • You are already based in the Netherlands.
