Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide direct administrative support to the President and CFO to ensure that daily operations are carried out effectively and efficiently. In pursuit of this goal the EA will assist in managing office mail, communications, calendars, scheduling meetings, review contracts, maintain and update organization’s state and federal registrations and compliance information in various systems & databases, conference & travel preparations, running weekly & monthly reports, and other tasks as requested.
