- Provide advise to internal stakeholders but particularly our People department but also all other departments in all aspects of employment and labour law
- Draft employment contracts, corresponding supplementary agreements and HR-Policies
- Attend labour law court proceedings overall in Germany
- Observe changes in employment and labour law regulation and jurisdiction and implement them appropriately within Flink
- Elaborate labour and employment law training for our People Department on a regular basis
- Fully qualified lawyer in Germany
- Both state examinations with the grade “satisfactory” (“befriedigend”)
- Zero to two years of professional experience in employment and labour law, either in an international law firm, a labour law boutique or as an in-house counsel
- Extensive experience in handling of labour law court proceedings
- Independent, self-reliant style of working, high resilience, team player
- Pragmatic approach and hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills, high social competence, negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
