Arabic Computer Systems is seeking a Legal Consultant to join their team. ACS provides services to government entities and some of the Middle East’s leading companies and is expanding through its strong business development to acquire cutting edge technology for enterprise customers. The Legal Consultant will be responsible for providing legal advice and expertise to ACS.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review contracts and legal documents
- Advise on legal and regulatory issues that may affect the business
- Assist in the resolution of legal disputes
- Provide support on legal due diligence exercises
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide insight and credible advice
- Participate in negotiations and assist in drafting legal documents for business transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar position
- A thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian law and regulations
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
