Sioufas & Associates Law Firm, a leading Greek law firm with offices in three major cities of Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras), and in Romania (Bucharest), is currently looking for a legal collection attorney who would like to join its dynamic, motivating and highly skilled team of qualified attorneys.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Analysis of legal and financial parameters of each case
- Telephone or in-person communication with debtors and their legal representatives
- Negotiation to find a sustainable solution
- Drafting of settlements / out-of-court settlement

Requirements
- Graduate of the Law School of a Greek or foreign university
- 2 years of experience in the practice of law with preferred involvement in cases of Law 3869 & Law 4605
- Excellent knowledge of PC usage and Office programs (word & excel)
- Very good command of the English language
- Postgraduate studies in commercial or banking law
- Holder of judicial mediation accreditation
- Knowledge of a second foreign language
- ECDL certification
