As a Legal Associate at Max Drive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal operations of the company. You will work closely with the Legal Counsel and other stakeholders to provide legal advice, review contracts, and assist with compliance matters. Responsibilities:
- Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
- Assist with legal research on various topics and provide recommendations
- Support the Legal Counsel in managing and resolving legal issues and disputes
- Assist with the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary
- Maintain legal filing systems and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of legal documents
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and advice on business initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office
- Experience in the mobility or technology industry is a plus
