We are hiring a Legal and Security Administrator with an educational or work-experience background appropriate to handling a range of data security and legal administrative responsibilities.  We prioritize a willingness to learn, clear thinking, and a “can do” attitude over technical knowledge, although an understanding of basic data security and legal concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Legal and InfoSec teams at DroneDeploy to coordinate and execute on tasks and procedures.
  • Coordinate and complete customer security questionnaire(s) and identify opportunities to improve the interface between the Go-to-Market and Security & Compliance teams.
  • Support and coordinate audit-related tasks.
  • Manage commercial contract databases and processing.
  • Support equity administration and other legal compliance activities. 
  • Assist in the management of other security, legal, and compliance-related projects, including data privacy compliance initiatives
  • Help improve processes of legal and infosec functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution
  • Experience in a legal or compliance-related role
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks and requirements 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work between Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm PT; If not located in the PT zone available to work some overlapping hours with the PT zone
  • Able to work 100% remote
  • Familiarity with SaaS or technology industry is a plus
  • A constant desire to grow, learn, and explore new things
