We’re looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer / Junior Legal Counsel to join our Legal team, to look after and provide solutions for Glints' legal matters in Vietnam and compliance matters for Glints' regional cross-border staffing-related services. The candidate will work closely with Glints' HQ in Singapore.

Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Law Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant legal experience (either in a legal firm or in-house).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
- Regional legal and employment law experience preferred but not strictly necessary. A willingness to learn regional legal frameworks is required.
- Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- Intermediate Chinese (working ability to read contracts/documents and daily communication is required).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day legal support for Vietnam and Cross-Border business segments, including drafting and reviewing contracts (service agreements, employment contracts, NDAs, etc.) in English, Vietnamese, and Mandarin.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, including managing licenses, employee matters, and data protection in Vietnam, and support compliance with employment laws in regional markets (Malaysia, Philippines, Greater China).
- Manage employment disputes and provide strategic legal advice on employment-related issues, such as policies, performance management, employee relations, and legal training.
- Conduct legal horizon scanning and implement changes in employment laws, liaising with external counsel when needed.
