Realty Income is looking for a professional Legal Analyst/Assistant who will be responsible to work with and support our UK based European Legal team. This role will handle all administration services related to corporate entity management, the acquisition of new properties and the management of the existing portfolio of properties.
 
What you will work on day to day:
Assist the Acquisitions legal team with the following:
  • Compile file documentation for transactions upon request.
  • Organise and manage files for numerous properties and legal entities.
  • Assist with post-closing items and preparation of transaction reports and other interdepartmental communications.
  • Assist with preparation and delivery of notices to tenants and third parties.
  • Assist with records retention and filing, including management of documents on SharePoint and internal drives.
  • Assist with managing trackers for acquisition deals, regular updating of trackers of legal information and assisting with documentation management.
  • Collate and preparing responses KYC/AML documentation.
  • Prepare tenant welcome letters.
  • Assist with lease activity (licenses, easements, re-leasing).
  • Arranging/scheduling meetings.
  • Handle various requests for assistance and support.
What we need from you:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a professional administrative capacity.
  • Experience in real estate, and familiarity with lease and property documentation and language.
  • Experience in a legal environment.
  • Competent in Excel, Word, Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
