As a Legal Affairs Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Legal Counsel with a variety of tasks, including drafting and reviewing minutes, preparing board presentations, and managing legal documentation. You will assist in corporate projects, handle signature processes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws. This role also involves updating legal templates, implementing legal processes, and collaborating with external partners to drive the company's legal agenda.
Responsibilities:
-Reviewing and drafting BoD/GA minutes, preparing presentations for Board meetings, editing of translations
-Assisting in corporate projects such as capitalizations, increase of share capital, loans, etc.
-Editing and updating legal templates and participation in the implementation of legal processes
- Handling legal documentation and archiving corporate documentation
-Being responsible for signature processes, notarial recordings and legalization of documents
