About The Opportunity
This position will be accountable for sales and top-line revenue in 7-9 WeWork buildings by driving new sales and renewals. The position may change to Leasing Manager if candidates fit to the Leasing Manager (junior position than Leasing Director) role rather than Leasing Director. Leasing Manager will be for mainly small and medium size offices (under 50 desks offices) for 2 - 4 buildings in Seoul, Korea
Direct Sales, including:
Owning the full sales cycle for new and renewing members in large offices for sub-territories such as CBD, YBD and/or GBD in Seoul, Korea. This involves pitching, touring, negotiating, and executing contracts. Owning for even small size offices such as under 50 desks offices for limited number of buildings
Generating new sales pipeline for WeWork products, including working with the Broker Development team for given market
Working with All Access Sales team and/or Inside Sales team for All Access product sales
Working with WeWork Workplace Sales team for our workplace management SaaS product
If the position turns to Leasing Manager position, the the role mainly focus on small and medium size offices (under 50 desks offices) for 2 - 4 buildings
Content Expertise, including:
Customer: understanding the WeWork potential customers, industry, market trends, in a various type and size, such as startups, SMB companies, enterprise companies, global companies, and government agencies in Korea
Commercial Office Real Estate: understanding commercial office real estate market, brokerage ecosystem in Korea
Market: knowing the “ins and out” of local market, inclusive of tenants-in-market, pricing and nearby competitors
Portfolio: intimate knowledge of the assigned portfolio, including being able to speak to financial performance and areas of opportunity / improvement
Product: knowing the “ins and outs” of WeWork’s dedicated spaces, All Access and WeWork Workplace value proposition & platform
Community: building and maintaining relationships with brokers, major members / potential new members, and key internal teams (e.g., Community teams, Facilities teams)
Deal structure: ability to creatively structure deals to optimize sales outcomes and understanding how different deal structures relate to WeWork’s overall business objectives and building underwritings
About You

4 to 7 years of full cycle quota carrying direct sales experience or equivalent experience
Real Estate experience strongly preferred
Local broker relationships strongly preferred
Experience managing individual contributors preferred
Ability to use WeWork data systems and produce reports market performance preferred
Strategic thinker and problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and presence
Quantitative aptitude to optimize sales outcomes, conduct analyses for internal stakeholders
Entrepreneurial & resilient mindset
Business level fluency in English
