Monarch is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant/Agent to join our team at Stone Grove Apartments, a 228 unit property in Burnsville, Minnesota. This position is open after a recent promotion!
The right candidate must possess strong customer service, sales experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, schedule flexibility and professionalism.

- Compensation: $16 - $18/hour PLUS $50/$75 commissions per new lease

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing

- Must be an organized self-starter
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
