BASICS OF THE ROLE:
Supports property leasing agents to optimize performance, measures and reports on key marketing performance indicators, and works with asset and regional management teams to create marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement. Some travel required as you will be working with multiple teams in the Omaha area.
SCHEDULE:
M-F 8-5PM (NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS!)
Paid holidays and you choose your Birthday or work anniversary as an additional paid day off
PAY:
$45,000-$55,000 depending on experience (salary paid bi-weekly)
Up to $750 quarterly bonus (up to $3,000 a year)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Write and continually update properties written Marketing Plans are up to date by offering suggestions when applicable for implementation and change through systematic, documented evaluation
• Establish and engage in a proactive, team-centered approach to working with all operational and marketing team members, including Regional Managers, Assistant Regional Managers, Property Managers, and Regional Marketing Directors
• Write and update collateral marketing and leasing materials used by the properties are within MIMG policies and are at the highest level of quality available within budgetary constraints
• Collect and analyses market surveys produced by properties and make adjustment recommendations for market rates and specials offered.
• Understand and be the expert on regional trends, including “Latest and greatest” marketing strategies
• Complete on-site audits of all Marketing and Leasing activities including YARDI data and lease files
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on marketing source performance, staff performance, property leasing goals, under-performing properties, and other reporting as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required:
• At least 1+ year experience in apartment leasing sales and/or property management.
• At least 3+ years’ experience in marketing, investment property marketing preferred
• Expert knowledge in Craigslist and social media platforms including Facebook
• Exceptional communication and people skills.
• The ability to adapt to a fast paced, high-energy office environment.
• Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Treats all employees and residents in a courteous manner at all times.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to positively motivate others.
