Learning & Leadership Program Manager

As a Learning & Leadership Program Manager, you’ll partner with Talent Development (TD) program managers, Talent Business Partners (TBPs), TD LT, and GTO LT to build and oversee critical leadership and career development initiatives. This includes designing, implementing and managing programs that continue to foster leadership growth and career progression across Procore. 

 

In this role, you will utilize your project management, communication, and change management skills to ensure the success and impact of the Leadership & Learning programs at Procore. This role will play a critical role in shaping the future of leadership at Procore and will get to own projects from strategy to execution, reporting to the Head of Learning & Leadership. 

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful leadership development programs, strong understanding of skills and competencies frameworks, and excellent communication skills.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Leadership Development

  • Ensure our Leadership Principles (or expectations) are deeply embedded in all People initiatives, creating a cohesive and consistent leadership culture across the organization. 

  • Design and execute a comprehensive Leadership series featuring key Procore leaders, aimed at developing leadership skills and fostering a culture of continuous learning. 

 

Manager Development

  • Design and operationalize a manager onboarding program to ensure success in the first 90 days.

 

Career Development

  • Develop and implement a robust Individual Development Plan (IDP) framework that guides employees in setting and achieving their career and development goals.

  • Plan and develop career development workshops to help employees in their career progression, ensuring alignment with Procore’s vision and strategy.

 

Program Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (people leaders,  talent business partners, and GTO Leadership Team) to understand talent needs and align leadership development strategies with organizational priorities that drive culture and business transformation.

  • Orchestrate and execute comprehensive change and communication plans to promote program initiatives.

  • Build, organize and facilitate training, workshops and events to support the development programs.

  • Create and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors as needed. 

  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of our programs through feedback and metrics from program participants and key stakeholders, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. 

  

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Development Business Administration or a related discipline. Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in talent management program and project management, particularly in leadership development initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of leadership development theories, concepts and methodologies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus

Base Pay Range $113,560 - $156,145. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
