📘 Your role

Working in concert with a diverse group of stakeholders (business leaders, HRBP’s team, People development Lead Germany, Global Learning team…) you'll drive and deliver learning programs that connect and engage Doctolibers and develop their performance and expertise, leading to business impact. You will serve as the primary learning expert for our German market while contributing to global initiatives;

🔍 Your core responsibilities

📈 Steering the learning path for Doctolibers based in Germany

  • You will build and enhance the Learning roadmap for our Doctolibers based in Germany, partnering with the global L&D team, HRBP team and German business leaders to identify and address learning needs.
  • You will manage locally the full cycle of Learning programs, from design to delivery, maintaining a clear and consistent communication with all relevant parties. 

🎨 Designing transformative learning experiences for Doctolibers globally

  • You will define the learning experience, building & utilizing potential external partnerships and Doctolib's rich repository of training resources, customizing them to suit the needs of our German teams.
  • You will collaborate with internal experts & speakers to design and develop learning materials to answer local or global business needs, and implement learning initiatives from A to Z.
  • You will identify and secure the best learning materials, working with providers to tailor content and formats that meet the expectations of our learners and stakeholders.
  • You will manage all procurement activities related to learning programs, ensuring efficient rollout and communication of learning products to maximize engagement.

🔗 Nurturing an impact-driven culture for Doctolibers globally

  • You will support Doctolib transformation, starting by putting users’ satisfaction, product innovation and usage at the heart of everything we do while promoting our Learning culture.
  • You will measure and report on both learning KPIs and business impact metrics, ensuring learning initiatives directly contribute to team performance and business outcomes
  • You will embody and promote the Doctolib ethos and principles, integrating them into the fabric of our learning programs, ensuring they are impactful and tailored to reinforce our culture and values.

🌟 Your Profile:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in leading projects and / or developing learning and development programs that have transformed your organization, with proven business impact
  • Your deep expertise in learning design is matched by your ability to partner with business teams, allowing you to translate organizational needs into impactful learning solutions
  • Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to navigate complex challenges with clarity and precision.
  • You have robust program management, change management and communication skills, ensuring your projects are well-executed and your ideas well-conveyed.
  • You've a track record to prove your mettle in high-velocity environments, a rapidly scaling company, or the tech sector
  • Your experience in international settings has honed your ability to think globally while acting locally.
  • You're fluent in English, and if you're a native German speaker, that's even better!

🔍 Interview Process: 

  1. Initial conversation: a 45-minute interview with our Talent Partner. 
  2. Hiring Manager Interview/ Deep Dive: a 60-minute interview with the Head of Learning to delve into your expertise and vision for the role
  3. Practical Insight: a 60-minute case study interview with both the Head of Learning  and the People director Germany to showcase your problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  4. Final Interview: 30 minutes call with the Learning & Development Team Director. 
  5. Reference Validation: we conduct at least one reference check to understand how you've made an impact in your previous roles.

  • Fulltime - Hybrid work modality (3 days/week office based) 
  • Work location: Berlin

  • Remuneration : fix + bonus on objectives
