Your responsibilities:
You will support both Talent Development and Talent Management teams in their daily operations and projects, this includes:
Talent Development team:
Organize and help implementing various training programs:
- Implement modules on our intranet
- Contact the participants and follow up with them
- Communicate internally about our training programs
- Ensure the trainings are flawless
- Maintain datas on our training program on our HRIS (Workday)
- Analyze datas and prepare benchmarks
Talent Management Team:
Support the team in various organizational projects:
- Organize and plan workshops
- Collect feedbacks and synthetize them
- Analyze datas
- Help on internal communications
- Work on Power Point presentations
- You are in your 3rd year of « Ecole de commerce » and you are looking for an internship of 12 months from the 1st of August to obtain your MPC OR you are looking for a 12 months internship to integrate an HES.
- You have a particularly good sense of organization
- You have good communication skills and you are professional
- You speak French and English
