Learning & Development Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic new Malaysian shared service center HR department. This position has a wide varied role and is well suited to an individual who is looking to continue their career in HR and to be part of a global business.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and manage project plans and schedules associated with our talent management programmes
  • Analyse data to measure success and identify opportunities related to key L&D metrics
  • Facilitate key elements of our onboarding program
  • Oversee our Learning Management System
  • Manage existing L&D vendor relationships
  • Administer program elements to include the creation and delivery of reports, communications, learning materials and other supporting resources

Who We Are Looking for: 

  • 2+ years professional experience in a Learning & Development or Human Resources related role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • The ability to conduct data analysis and deduce insights
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail while balancing multiple demands and competing priorities
  • A passion for building and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Project Management skills
  • Data Analysis skills
  • Experience working in fast paced environment
