At Ubisoft’s International Headquarters, you will join the HR Transversal Tech Team, made of around 25 people working with the Ubisoft Tech departments which currently employs nearly 3,200 people worldwide. You will specifically join the Talent & Development team. You will report to the Transversal Tech HR Development Director.
The L&D Partner is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development initiatives within the organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align talent development programs with business objectives and bring value to our tech teams, thus this role will mainly focus on Hard skills.
- The position reports to the Transversal Tech HR Development Director. The role requires an intermediate working experience and does not include managerial responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Learning and Development Programs:
- Identify L&D needs aligned with business strategy and objectives.
- Design and deliver upskilling programs, workshops, and learning interventions to enhance employees' knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to develop engaging and impactful learning content.
- Define the best learning methodologies and format to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain L&D dashboards to ensure visibility and the monitoring of our programs success.
-Critical and future skills mapping:
- Identify and map critical skills required for current and future business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR team, Tech department heads, and subject matter experts to conduct a comprehensive skills assessment across tech teams.
- Identify gaps between current critical skill levels and those required for business success.
- Work with our career development specialist to address identified skills gaps to create structured learning pathways for employees to acquire and enhance critical skills.
- Develop and maintain a critical skills cartography that outlines the existing and future needed skills within our tech teams.
- Link the skills cartography with the career path to help employees understand expectations on our different roles within the organization.
Depending on the HR directions we take to support Ubisoft Tech teams, this role may change over time, across learning/training, performance management, careers development, etc. - Talent Development is such a vast playground!
- ·To succeed in this position, you have a solid experience in HR including a strong focus on L&D program management in an international context.
- You have excellent people skills and can influence and federate multiple stakeholders with diplomacy and positive impact, resulting in building trust-based relationships.
- You are used to talk with top management layer being assertive and collaborative.
- You like to see the outcomes of your actions, and you are driven by the results in terms of value added.
- You are solution oriented, whenever there is a change in priority or uncertainty on the direction, you can identify a variety of solutions to a problem, delivering both large structured projects and quick-win actions to ensure efficiency.
- You are interested in helping tech teams to stay ahead of the competitors and at the top of their job expertise in regards to tech skills.

You master professional English (90% of your time, your work produced, your conversations and your emails will be in English).

A good command of French is also necessary for this position.
