What You Will Be Doing:

As Helion's Learning & Development Program Manager, you will develop comprehensive learning programs that help grow our organization and its employees. You will identify, plan, and facilitate robust learning solutions for employees at all levels. Your experience helping others grow plays a critical role in ensuring our employees have the knowledge and develop skills they need for individual success and to achieve our goals. You will report directly to our People Operations Manager at our headquarters in Everett, WA. 

You Will: 

  • Design & Develop our Learning Programs: Design and implement engaging training programs that align with our goals and values, curate learning management system (LMS) content, develop training materials and collateral to facilitate training sessions, and maintain internal documentation and databases to organize and advertise employee learning resources.  
  • Facilitate Training Logistics and Execution: Oversee learning assignments, course logistics, certification documentation, and employee engagement with programs. Solicit constant feedback and measure the effectiveness of our learning programs on an on-going basis to make data-driven improvements for ensuring their ongoing success.  
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Consult with business leaders on assessing team training needs and objectives, coordinate with a wide variety of subject matter experts to build impactful and accurate content, manage partnerships with external vendors supporting our learning programs, and maintain close and constant communication with teammates in a fast-moving environment. 

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in designing and delivering training programs at a growing business 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or similar discipline, or related working experience   
  • Experience building technical training content and learning programs for a wide range of subject matters   
  • Proficiency implementing and maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS)  
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues spanning many company levels

Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to maintaining internal equity, ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams.

This is an exempt salaried role.

Annual Base Pay
$118,000$153,000 USD
