About the Team

This team is part of the Legal & Compliance Operation Centre's Learning Development & Quality Assurance (LDQA) team , home to specialized teams of operation experts in compliance activities, many with years of first-hand experience across a wide range of industries and sectors. This team supports the business by ensuring we adhere to global standards of compliance practices covering Customer's Due Diligence (CDD) checks, Anti-Money Laundry (AML), Financial Crime Prevention, Sanction checks, and through our Legal Operation team who oversees daily compliance based reports. We strive to ensure we meet the global standards of compliance framework as well as introducing new and innovative solutions to everyday issues when it comes to compliance within the Crypto industry.

About the Opportunity

The Learning Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and assessment of learning and development programs throughout the organization. In this role, the successful candidate will lead the team in designing and enhancing training programs across different operation teams within Legal & Compliance Operation Centre's with the goal to provide an effective yet efficient learning experience to new hires as well as existing employees, drive continuous learning culture in the existing team and ensure best-in- class service quality in the industry.

The successful candidate will work closely with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, design training programs, manage the delivery of training programs, and create strategies for improvement to align with organizational short-term/long-term goals and strategy. The Learning and Develop manager will also be responsible for managing a team of trainers as well as partnering with external training providers. At your core, you will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, result-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on the fly. You must also have strong prioritization skills and a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities: What You’ll be Doing

  • Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective training programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain training policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Manage the delivery of internal and external training programs to employees, including virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Design and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and training content.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage a team of trainers, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Partner with external training providers to identify relevant programs and incorporate them into the organization's training offerings.
  • Work with department leaders to develop and manage the training budget.

Requirements: What We Look In You

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Learning & Development field with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of trainers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
