Your role will consists in deliver sales strategies and market knowledge to our new and advanced employees through group training sessions
Identification of training needs and implementing interventions
Conceptual design of new trainings
Individual coaching, such as on-the-job training
Sales and performance enhancement through continuous employee motivation
Supporting the consultants to develop and maintain customer relationships, as well as training on customer retention
Acting as a liaison between leadership and consultants
Representing the corporate culture and values of Talan International
At least 12 months of experience in recruitment and/or sales
Energy and Dynamism to lead a group and give trainings
Creativity and exemplary behavior
A high level of work ethic and motivation
Enjoy coaching others and imparting knowledge to others
Excellent time management and prioritization of tasks
Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as independently staying up-to-date on recruitment techniques
You are willing to travel and are flexible
You have excellent written and spoken Spanish and English skills
